Gallery of Wedding Cakes

The designs and styles of cake decoration vary enormously as do the types of cake bases used. Each tier can be made using a different base, therefore enabling you to offer a selection of flavours to your guests. Choose from scrumptious rich chocolate cake, beautifully matured fruitcake, tangy lemon sponge, carrot cake, Victoria sponge and chocolate orange and cointreau. The bases can then be covered with fondant icing, encased with chocolate or finished with butter cream. The sugar craft figures and flowers are beautifully handmade and may be kept as a memento of your special day. Each layer may be stacked on top of one another, separated using traditional pillars, tiered using modern pillars or arranged on a stand.
