To me a cake is a wonderful work of art created especially to act as the centrepiece of your wedding feast. It symbolises your future happiness as bride and groom and with such a significant role to play in / on your special day, not only must your cake look superb, it must also taste sensational.

I have always had a passion for baking, even from a young age. I believe deeply in the importance of using time-tested recipes in which the quality of ingredients is never compromised. It is this passion, coupled with a love of designing and decorating Celebration Cakes that led me to establish my own Wedding Cake Business from my home.

I design and create all styles of cake- classic, contemporary, traditional, beautiful, fun, bright and funky. Some are encased with chocolate, others finished with exquisite handcrafted sugar flowers. The choice is ultimately yours. You may want your cake to be simple and sophisticated or brightly coloured and vivacious. My only wish is to work with you to create your dream.
